Terms like “we”, “us”, “our”, etc. in this privacy policy refer to Adherelive. Terms like “you”, “End User”, “your”, etc. refers to users of Services. This notice, together with our any other of our documents, sets out our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. Please read these documents carefully. When a patient comes to our site and intently fills up the form to share details of his/ her health conditions, we store the information safely to ensure an efficient, smooth and personalized experience.

Storage of Personal Information Collection

Adherelive shall divide the Personal Information collected for each of the patient into (a) Personal identifiable information, and (b) Anonymised personal information. The Personal identifiable information will include the personal information through which the patients may be tracked or identified. The Anonymised personal information includes the information such as, but not limited to, Medical adherence and patterns, Medical information, Real-time physiological health parameters of patients via IoT enabled one or more wearable sensors, Treatment plan generated for the patients, Treatment templates suggested and used, Digital medical prescription; and any other information helpful in analysing the health condition of the patients. The Anonymised personal information does not lead to personal identification or tracking of the patients.

Adherelive will store the Personal identifiable information for a limited duration and upon expiration of stipulated term of storage the Personal identifiable information and its copies shall be deleted from Services, equipment, devices, and servers.

Adherelive will store the Anonymised personal information for a duration as per its requirements.

Adherelive reserves the right to use information provided by you for the following: Publishing on the Services; Contacting you for offering new Services of Adherelive; Contacting you to offer new Services by Adherelive; Contacting you for feedback of the Services; Analysis and Industry reporting; and Training Machine Learning models (Artificial Intelligence) using the Anonymised personal information.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete), or Adherelive suspects that the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, Adherelive may, at its sole discretion, discontinue your usage of the Services.

Adherelive does not exercise control over the sponsored content or links on the Services, thereby not liable for any type of information shared on any website or app that are linked to the Services.

Adherelive will only disclose Personal information in the event it is required to do so by law, rule, regulation, law enforcement agency, governmental official, legal authority or similar requirements. Adherelive helps healthcare providers and Hospitals to maintain and organise such information. Adherelive may, therefore, retain and submit all such records to healthcare providers, who request access to such information.

Adherelive is not responsible for the confidentiality, security or distribution of your personal information by our partners and third parties outside the scope of our agreement with such partners and third parties. Adherelive is not responsible for confidentiality, security or distribution of your personal information shared with and stored by healthcare providers and Hospitals. Further, Adherelive shall not be responsible for any breach of security or for any actions of any third parties or events that are beyond the reasonable control of Adherelive.
